As a customer driven organization, we are focused on fully understanding and exceeding our customers' needs, wants, and preferences and providing greater value to our customers. To achieve this, we must build our organization and supply base to reflect the demographics and virtues of our stakeholders and customers.
In order to effectively integrate diverse suppliers into our supply chain, we will identify Tyco requirements, formalize the diversity sourcing strategy, establish and implement company-wide policies, research existing diversity suppliers, and measure performance.
Our goal is to increase the number of diverse suppliers, increase the amount we spend with diverse suppliers, and include diverse suppliers in our sourcing initiatives. We are dedicated to building a strong community and driving diverse suppliers to sustain themselves well into the 21st century.
